CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building)

This course is designed to meet the needs of individuals working in a supervisory role on LEED or Green Star projects. This course is a requirement for builder's licensing or registration in Western Australia and Victoria, and for a medium-rise builder's licence in Tasmania.

You can also choose electives that match your existing skills. Ideal for TAFE or RTO trainers looking to upgrade to the latest qualification.

This course is available via RPL (for experienced builders), or on-line. Our on-line course features one-on-one training and mentoring with professional trainers and experienced builders, over 200 multi-media lessons, and free software to download and use for costing and estimating. There are over 35 professional documents included to help kick-start your career in the sustainable building industry, including Environmental Management Plans, Sustainability Policies and Procedures, sample contracts, and sample reports.

Course duration:

1 - 2 years, depending on previous experience. RPL will shorten the amount of time required.

Course requirements:

Students must be currently working in the building industry with access to a medium-rise building project, and have access to the internet.
